Playa del Carmen, Centro
Six rooms. Four languages. One family. A bed and breakfast where the Caribbean starts at the front door and the world gathers at the breakfast table.
The Guest House
Rosie and her husband opened the doors of their Centro home to travelers who wanted something the resorts couldn't offer: a real conversation at breakfast, someone who remembers how you take your coffee, a recommendation for the taco stand the tourists haven't found yet.
Six rooms, each with its own character. Windows that catch the morning light and sitting areas made for planning the day ahead. The kind of place where the check-in feels like arriving at a friend's house and the check-out feels too early.
The Rooms
Each room is individually managed, with windows that let the Caribbean in, comfortable sitting areas, and the quiet you came here looking for. No two are the same.

Guest Stories
The owners, Rosie and her husband, are truly caring of their guests -- warm conversations, clean rooms with windows and sitting areas. Breakfast available on request.
We came for three nights and wished we'd booked for a week. The personal attention is something you simply don't get at the big hotels. Rosie remembered our names, our plans, everything.
Perfect location in Centro, walking distance to everything. The room was spotless, the wifi worked, and the breakfast recommendation alone was worth the stay.
The Neighbourhood
This is the part of Playa del Carmen that still feels like a town, not a postcard. Taco stands with no English menus, corner shops where the owner knows everyone, streets quiet enough to hear the birds in the morning.
Fifth Avenue and the beach are a short walk east. The colectivo stop for Tulum and the cenotes is five minutes away. You're close to everything without being in the middle of the noise.
